Aruth Lanka is a highly skilled manufacturing team, equipped with advanced technology and driven by a passion for craftsmanship. Combining the expertise of traditionally inspired designers with the talent of master artisans, we create exceptional jewelry pieces that blend Sri Lankan heritage with contemporary design.

Our journey began with a vision to showcase the rich heritage of Sri Lankan jewelry craftsmanship to the world. Starting with a small workshop in Colombo, our skilled artisans created exquisite pieces that told stories of our cultural heritage. Over the years, we have grown into a prominent manufacturer and exporter of luxury jewelry, while staying true to our roots and commitment to quality and authenticity.

Aruth Lanka founder

Our Founder - Mr. E.T. Dharmakeerthi

With passion burning in his heart and ancient techniques flowing through his hands, Mr. E.T. Dharmakeerthi founded Aruth Lanka as a testament to his family's legacy. Drawing from traditions passed down through generations, he envisioned creating treasures that transcend mere beauty—pieces that breathe life into Sri Lankan cultural heritage. His journey began with a simple promise: to preserve the excellence of craftsmanship that has defined our island's artistic soul for centuries. At Aruth Lanka, we don't just create jewelry; we continue our founder's mission of honoring the hands that shaped our history while innovating for those who will carry our legacy forward.

Our Manufacturing Process

Wax Tree Building Process

Wax Tree Building

The first step in our lost-wax casting process. Our artisans meticulously craft detailed wax models of each jewelry piece, which are then assembled onto a "tree" structure for the next phase of production.

Emboding Process

Emboding

The wax models are carefully encased in a special plaster-like material, creating a mold that captures every intricate detail. This process prepares the piece for the transformation from wax to metal.

Metal Pouring Process

Metal Pouring

The molds are heated to melt away the wax, leaving a hollow cavity. Molten metal—silver, gold, or brass—is then carefully poured into this cavity, taking the exact form of the original wax model with remarkable precision.

After these critical steps, each piece undergoes meticulous finishing processes including polishing, stone setting, and quality control before becoming part of our exquisite collection. This traditional lost-wax casting method, combined with our artisans' expertise, ensures that every Aruth Lanka creation is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
